Just Say No to Extremism in Our Community

JSNE is a non-partisan, non-commercial organization relying on community volunteers. Its mission of fact-finding and storytelling requires engaging with a selected public domain of trustworthy professional journalism. From time to time, JSNE may provide copyrighted material owned by a third party, the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. Despite the rights of copyright owners under the Copyright Act, Section 107 allows limited use of copyrighted material without permission from the rights holders for purposes such as education, criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. These so-called Fair Uses are permitted even if the use of the work might otherwise be infringing. When such material is made available, JSNE will acknowledge and reference the content’s source(s), subject/title, author, date, and internet link. To use copyrighted material published on this site for purposes beyond Fair Use, please obtain permission from the copyright owner and consult legal counsel with any questions regarding this matter.
